Translucent hand X-ray
Master's research project

AI medical imaging assistant.

A research MVP exploring how artificial intelligence can support medical image analysis. The first working module focuses on using spine X-rays for vertebrae segmentation.

What this is

A starting point for a broadermedical AI assistant.

A research prototype for clearer medical image segmentation, beginning with spine X-rays.

This tool is for research and educational purposes only. It is not a medical diagnosis tool.
Step 1

Upload a spine image.

Start with a JPG or PNG radiograph. The workspace keeps the image at the center of the review.

The upload area is highlighted as this step becomes active.

Step 2

Choose the output you need.

Choose Polygon or Raw output, then select a multiclass vertebra view, a binary spine mask, or both together.

Multi and Binary remain simple independent choices.

Step 3

Analyze and review the result.

The selected prediction layers appear directly over the radiograph, ready for visual inspection.

A focused result view keeps the image and outputs together.

What comes next

One workspace, more imaging modules.

Spine analysis is the current starting point. Future modules can bring the same focused workflow to other anatomical regions and analysis needs.
